Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) is a class requiring a person to run through a variety of different obstacles. The race is designed to prepare an athlete mentally and physically. The obstacles include a balance beam, multi-rig, ninja steps, rings, wheels, tilting monkey bars, ring twisters, cargo net, twisters, monkey bars, flying monkey bars, cheese walls, rope climb, and atlas stone. You can have as much fun and silliness as you like.
